Virtual Job Tryout® Helped Bank Select Qualified Candidates

Cleveland - March 29, 2010:  Recruiting Innovation and return on investment data earns Shaker Consulting Group client KeyBank the top award for the Most Strategic Use of Technology in a recruiting application at the 2010 ERE Expo (ERE.net). 

KeyBank used Shaker Consulting Group’s innovative Virtual Job Tryout, which allows candidates for teller and call center positions to take the job for a virtual test drive.  Candidates learn a lot about the demands of the job and recruiters get a work sample that provides insight as to how well an applicant might perform on the job.  Measurable results have shown up through better hiring decisions, resulting in lower costs for recruiting and training, higher levels of productivity, and better customer service.
